Steve Beecham, President of Home Town Mortgage and Home Town Marketing in Alpharetta, Georgia, started in retail, then recycling, before entering mortgage. After five years, he opened his brokerage. Steve is also past President of the Georgia Mortgage Brokers Association.

Over 25 years in mortgage, Steve interviewed hundreds of top salespeople and identified common success elements. Through trial and error, he developed a system of helping without hustling.

Steve has authored four books: Bass-Ackwards Business: Building deeper relationships and painting a better picture for your industry, What’s Your Buzz?: Understanding what people say about you and your business, The Tapes We Play In Our Head, and A Few Big Ideas To Grow Your Business. 

Steve is also a speaker and trainer who shares his techniques for helping companies and individuals succeed in business through networking and leveraging their social connections.

He has sat on multiple boards, including: The Ron Clark Academy, North Fulton Community Charities, Meals By Grace, and The Alpharetta Rotary Club.
